Albert Iannantuono
Chairman
Albert Iannantuono established Tri-Media Marketing & Publicity Inc., an integrated marketing communications agency, in 1986. In 1995, as the Internet was beginning to become part of the marketing mix, Albert took the opportunity to expand the breadth of his marketing enterprise. As more and more of Tri-Media’s clients began inquiring about the eCommerce side of the marketing mix, Albert established a sister company, e-commatrix.com® inc.
Albert’s considerable knowledge of traditional and Internet marketing has made him a much sought after business speaker. Over the past several years, he has led many eBusiness training sessions and shared his wisdom with leading organizations worldwide. His entrepreneurial spirit, drive and enthusiasm, together with Tri-Media’s multiple capabilities, talented team of seasoned professionals and outstanding clients have helped the company become a leader in strategic marketing technology solutions.
Today, the firm has offices in Niagara, Toronto and Kansas City and provides integrated marketing technology services to clients around the globe.
Alf Stutzmann
Director
Alf has more than 28 years of experience in the telecommunications industry including worldwide posts held with Cisco Systems Canada, which he joined in 1994 as a systems engineer. Alf recently retired as Vice President of Systems Engineering where he was responsible for the Canadian pre-sales systems engineers that support customers in the enterprise, service provider and channel sectors. Alf is currently the Vice President of Meritage - AD Ventures Limited located in Fonthill, Ontario.
Rick Dillon
Director
Rick’s career began in the family’s manufacturing business at the age of 15. Since then, he has owned and operated businesses in over 15 industries (3 acquisitions, 12+ start-ups) including capital equipment leasing, metal fabrication, ventilation design & manufacturing, electronic contract manufacturing, building construction, overhead doors, swimming pool construction, forced air industrial cleaning, and manufactured housing.
Rick’s thirty-year entrepreneurial tenure brings a unique perspective to business start-up, development, and acquisition or sale. Since 1985 he has been dedicated to using his knowledge and experience to help business owners achieve their goals; first through their business operations, then through merger, acquisition, or divestiture of their privately held businesses.
Rick is co-founder and principal of VERCOR, an international mergers and acquisitions group with offices across the US and Europe. Rick is co-author of The Business Sale…An Owner’s Most Perilous Expedition.

Peter Tuovi, B. Sc., LL.B, LL.M.
Legal Counsel
Peter has provided legal counsel to individuals and companies, throughout the Province of Ontario, since 1990. Currently, Peter practices law in the greater Toronto area and specializes in securities law, corporate and commercial law, franchising, technology finance, copyright and trademarks, and computer and Internet law. Peter has authored several publications on franchising and business law and served as an instructor for the Law Society of Upper Canada’s Bar Admission Course - Taxation and Insolvency. In addition, Peter has been a guest lecturer in the area of Technology Transfer at York University’s Faculty of Administrative Studies from 1995 to present. Peter received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering from Queen’s University in 1984. In 1987 he graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Laws Degree and followed this with a Masters in Law from the London School of Economics.
