tmLeadTrack™ is a web-based application developed to accept, assign and manage sales leads or information requests that come from various input sources (phone, web, walk-ins, etc).
 
Once received, tmLeadTrack™ will assign the lead to the appropriate user and ‘alert’ them via e-mail, SMS message or (as upgrade option) via telephone call. Lead response is tracked based on pre-defined time limits and if no response is entered by the sales or customer service rep assigned, it re-assigns the lead and alerts a second, and then third tier supervisor to ensure all leads are followed up on.
 
The tracking and reporting feature will allow management to view, in real-time, all incoming leads, response times, unanswered leads, etc to better manage their business and increase sales/customer service.
 
And finally, as the system is built upon the tmSuite™ application base, all user management, information forms, tracking & alert management are completely customizable by the user; making the solution adaptable to any business type with sales or customer service tracking needs.

Lead Management

tmLeadTrack™ can accept lead information manually entered or via automatic upload from Web site forms, 3rd party applications, etc.
 
Further, it is an interoperable application within the tmSuite™ allowing lead information to be shared with our digital marketing applications for ongoing communication – after a lead is received – regardless of whether the sale is made or not.
 
 
 
Lead Assignment
 
The business rules for auto-assignment of incoming leads can be customized by the admin user. Example: Leads from an information request form online can be assigned to a fulfillment group or staff, online quote request forms can be auto-assigned to one or more sales people. Alternatively, sales that are received via phone or walk-ins can be manually entered into the system and manually assigned to an individual.
 
 
 
Lead Statuses
 
Leads are classified as New, Open, Overdue or Closed based on user the lead was assigned or re-assigned to.
 
 
 
Alerts
Alert System
 
Utilizing modules from the tmSuite™'s Alert engine, tmLeadTrack™ automatically alerts the designated sales or customer service representatives that a lead has been assigned to them via e-mail, SMS message or alternatively via phone call (note: phone call alerts are an upgrade)
 
 
 
Response Times
 
The admin user may create unique business rules that set the maximum time allowed for a lead to be responded to. Once expired, the lead is automatically re-assigned to the designee’s supervisor or ‘tier 2’ back-up who is then automatically alerted. If they don’t respond in the time allowed, a ‘tier 3’ management user is notified. No leads are left unanswered!

Reporting
 
The tracking and reporting features of this application include drill down filters to view leads based on assignee, lead source, lead status, etc. Further, analytic reports offer management a view of the percentage of leads responded to on time, by whom, and resulting actions taken.
 
 
 
Web-based access
 
System interface is completely web-based so there is no software or hardware to manage. Simply open a web browser and access the various user interfaces via encrypted, password protected admin screens.
