In July 2025, Bare Brews partnered with Tri-Media to develop and execute a targeted email marketing campaign aimed at introducing their brand to potential customers in the United States. This collaboration sought to bridge the awareness gap, drive engagement, and generate qualified leads.

Project Overview

The project focused on designing and executing an email marketing strategy tailored to Bare Brews’ unique audience – brewery owners, production managers, and craft beer entrepreneurs across the US. The goal was not only to introduce Bare Brews’ services but also to establish credibility, highlight value propositions, and initiate meaningful conversations that could convert into business opportunities.

Key objectives included:

Bare Brews faced three primary challenges entering the US market:

  1. Low Brand Awareness in a Specialized Market
    The brewery sector is tight-knit and highly relationship-driven. Bare Brews, being a new entrant in the US working already with few clients, needed to build trust and credibility quickly.
  2. Complex Service Offering
    Mobile alcohol separation and pasteurization are technical services that require clear explanation to a non-technical audience while still showcasing the depth of expertise.
  3. Limited Digital Marketing Foundation
    While Bare Brews had a strong operational offering, their digital marketing channels – particularly email marketing – were in the early stages of development, requiring a structured, data-driven approach.

Tri-Media’s solution was a strategic, multi-step email marketing campaign that combined branding, education, and lead nurturing. The approach included:

1. Audience Research & Segmentation

We began by analyzing Bare Brews’ contact database and industry lists to segment the audience into relevant groups:

  • THC List

Segmentation allowed us to tailor the messaging, ensuring relevance for each group.

2. Email Strategy & Content Planning

We launched the email campaigns as a A/B Testing to identify which email content is generating interest among the audience. The email content focussed on brand introduction.

As next steps, we would be developing an detailed and structured email content with:

The campaigns are still in A/B Testing phase, results are still developing and will require some time to analyse it in detail. The follow up campaign strategy will be created based on the results and in consultation with Bare Brews team.
